Pollak earned certification “certified marketing executive” (CME) having earned cformer vice chairman for affiliate relations of Sales & Marketing Executives International and served as president of the Eastern New York Chapter of SMEI for two years. He former president of the now defunct Albany chapter of IABC and also former president of Capital District Business Leaders.
Pollak has a Ph.D. from the University at Albany and a B.A. from Oberlin College.
